Old Quebec City and surroundings

Cradle of French America, the Orleans Island will amaze you! Take a tour of the island by car or bicycle (many circuits are available) to discover breathtaking landscapes! You will find orchards, wineries, renowned restaurants, a chocolate factory, among many other places to visit!

Winter on the Plains

During the cold season, more than 13.9 km of trails are provided for skiers, as well as nearly 4 km of trail round trip for snowshoeing and 5.6 km of walking trails. Two heated rest areas, a skaters' chalet and a waxing room are also available for visitors. There is an ice rink located a stone's throw from the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec, at the Playing Field. In a magical atmosphere, learn about the heritage of the Plains in a unique décor featuring sparkling winter scenes from centuries past at the Joan of Arc Garden in the Snow.

The Snowshoer

Accompany an early 20th century snowshoer and learn about local snowshoeing history, the double Stanley Cup victory of the Quebec Bulldogs, skijoring, etc. A guided tour that will make you shiver with delight!

Battles 1759-1760

Through the original and sometimes poignant accounts of French, British, Canadian, and Amerindian protagonists of the period as well as an incredible immersive projection, you can experience the siege of Québec and the 1759 and 1760 battles of the Plains of Abraham with authenticity, as if you were there!

A few minutes from Quebec City, along the St. Lawrence River, discover the Montmorency Falls. This is a waterfall at the mouth of the Montmorency River, from where you can admire a magnificent view of Orleans Island ! For most athletes, enjoy the Via Ferrata and its various trips.
